Yesterday was World Mental Health Day. In 5th and 6th class we were learning that our mental health matters in our Friends for Life programme.  We talked about how we have lots of different feelings and that we should talk to an adult we trust about them. We also discussed how we should be kind and friendly to others, to help to look after ours and their mental health.

Here are some ideas that we came up with to help us to look after our mental health:

  • Eating healthily
  • Getting enough sleep
  • Excerise
  • Talk about your feelings to family, friends, a teacher or a doctor
